Originally from Perth, Michael studied Osteopathy at the British Institute of Osteopathy in London, graduating with a Master of Osteopathy degree that has provided him with a solid basis with which to treat a varying range of issues in a safe and caring environment. Whilst in the UK he completed further studies in Cranial Osteopathy with the Rollin E Becker Institute and Classical Osteopathy at the British Institute of Osteopathy. He utilises these specialist structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, with other interests in classical osteopathy, functional and visceral osteopathy, Reiki and Health Kinesiology.
Michael worked with the National Health Service in Southampton followed by private practice in Battle and Brighton in the UK where he had a full list treating a cross section of patients with wide-ranging conditions. This has given him the ability to treat acute injuries or long-standing musculoskeletal health issues. Now happily settled back in Perth, he brings his extensive experience to help PNMC patients.
Michael is passionate about helping people of all ages to achieve and maintain optimal health. He works holistically, observing the body as a whole and considering lifestyle factors such as diet, participation in sports, daily stresses, nature of daily work and working environment using a range of treatment styles that are tailored to suit each person and their condition.
