Amanda has a special interest in helping people with phobias, negative self-talk, anxiety and the mind body connection in wellness, therefore eradicating self-sabotage and unlocking people’s full potential.
With over 15 years experience, she has empowered many to create positive change and move forward with their lives as happier, more motivated and confident people. And through further training in grief management, addiction and trauma, she enables her clients to once again embrace life and find balance.
As a compassionate and understanding person, many of her clients have commented that after their first session, they feel they have known Amanda for many years and have a feeling of connection.
In 2010 a family issue prompted Amanda to seek help through hypnotherapy. After experiencing results that were significant, profound and rapid, she was inspired to pursue training in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Her initial work was with Solaris Cancer Support patients, using hypnotherapy to help soothe them and deal with the anxiety and duress of cancer.
While volunteering with the Samaritans, Amanda found that she has an innate ability to intuit beneath a person’s presenting problems. This inspired her to study life coaching and in 2007 she opened her life-coaching clinic in the Perth hills.
With her focus always being “change your thoughts, change your life” , Amanda now has an extensive list of patients, all of whom have benefited from her professional expertise.
