Gut Health (Gastrointestinal Issues)

A holistic approach to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

Gut Health Matters

The gastrointestinal tract (also called the GI tract) is a series of hollow organs that form a long continuous passage from our mouth to our anus. The organs that make up our GI tract are our mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and anus.

As more research emerges, highlighting the importance of gut health, the relationship between gut health and our general health becomes more apparent. And as people are paying closer attention to their health, this research has contributed to a dramatic increase in the number of probiotic products coming to market.

As research has shown, an unhealthy gut can have a negative impact on various other aspects of your body. For example, it can affect your mental health, weight, mood and contribute to a number of other digestive disorders.
Symptoms of poor gut health can include gas, bloating, diarrhoea, lethargy & constipation.
