At Perth Natural Medical Clinic, our goal is to provide a calm, friendly and professional service while delivering the best possible care. To support this, we have a few clinic policies in place to ensure your time here is a pleasant experience.
Cancellation Policy
Everyone’s time is valuable and we will always do our best to respect yours. In return, as we are a busy clinic with patients on a large waitlist, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee unless we are able to fill the time.
To help avoid this, a confirmation text message will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances.
Timeliness
Appointments are highly sought after. Please arrive on time to avoid missing your booking. In most cases, we are unable to adjust schedules on the day to accommodate late arrivals, and your appointment time may be shortened or rescheduled.
Online Booking
To secure an appointment via our online booking system, a 50% deposit is required.
Once your booking is received, our reception team will contact you to arrange payment over the phone.
If it is not possible for you to book online, please phone us directly during business hours to make an appointment.
Phone & Video Consultations
For those requiring a phone or video (Skype/telehealth) consultation, please ensure you can take the call in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.
Please note that prepayment is required at the time of booking for all telehealth (phone/skype) consultations.
For these consultations, postage fees for prescribed products are covered by the clinic.
Fees & Accounts
Fees are due at the time of service.
We accept EFTPOS and provide HICAPS facilities for on-the-spot claiming with most private health funds. Please check with your health fund for available rebates
Please bring your health fund card to your appointment.
Mobile Phones
Out of respect for others, we kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent or turn it off during your appointment.
If you need to take a call while you are waiting, please leave the waiting room so as not to disturb others in the waiting area.
Postage & Product - Shipping and Discounts
For patients who cannot attend the clinic in person to collect products, we offer an express courier service across WA:
Small: $14
Medium: $17.50
Large: $22
Delivery time is usually 1–2 business days.
Loyalty discounts on prescribed products and supplements
We are pleased to offer our patients a discount on the products your naturopath has prescribed. The discounts apply as follows:
Spend over $100 → receive 10% off
Spend over $200 → receive 15% off
These discounts apply to products only, not to postage.
